About Our Club
Rome Athletic Club provides our members with a wide variety of group exercise options taught by the highest quality of trained professionals. We offer 30 or more group exercise classes each week designed for all fitness levels. View a complete schedule of classes and description of exercise programs including yoga, kickboxing, TRX, BodyPump, Zumba and more. Even our most physically demanding classes can be modified for your fitness level, and our professional staff is always ready to help introduce a newcomer to the benefits of group exercise.
Rome Athletic Club’s SUPER SATURDAY SAMPLER is going to be happening on March 1st from 8:30am until 10:30am.
